Value of equipment：	The value of equipment and other such assets owned by NhatAnh is around 220,000,000 dong, plus, a Japanese made machine imported in June in 2003 for US50,000$.

1 Sept. 96	NhatAnh Private Trading Enterprise established as confectionery supplier, with capital of 70,000,000 dong and staff of two.
17 May. 97	Managing director purchased 10,227 square meters of land in Binh Duong Province
28 Oct. 97	1,000,000,000 dong added to initial capitalisation to extend business to manufacture and marketing of Vietnamese confectionery.
15 Nov. 97	Applied for registration of company logo. (The logo is now registered as a trademark in Vietnam, and the company is awaiting international registration.)
25 Mar. 98	Hanoi Sales Rep. office established to develop business in northern Vietnam.
29 Mar. 98	Became an official member of the International Barcode Association (EAN-Vietnam), allowing the company to use international standard barcoding for its products.
01 Jun. 98	Appointed official Vietnamese confectionery manufacturer and supplier for the Hong Kong branch of Duty Free Shoppers. This enables the company to sell its products in the Vietnamese branch of Duty Free Shoppers and international airport duty free shops.
30 Oct. 98	Inaugurated company home page, in collaboration with K3J International Business Development Association, to seek business partners and joint ventures. The site will also offer general and cultural information on Vietnam.

17 Aug. 01	An article of NhatAnh was published by a leading Japanese business magazine publisher as of "Recruit Corporation" under the title of [A salaried businessman stationed in Vietnam to be an entrepreneur of confectionary manufacturer at HoChiMinh City]
18 Mar. 01	In order to develop a Japan strategic market,NhatAnh Japan & Co., was established under the company's law of Japan at Hashima-City, Gifu-Prefecture.
19 Sep. 01	To develop our land to set up our new factory in Tan Uyen, Binh Duong province,NhatAnh Trading Pt.Enterprise Than Uyen Branch was founded.
10 Oct. 01	To commence a construction of 1000sqm sized new factory in Tan Uyen,Binh Duong province. After the completion of the factory, it became a self-established body concentrating on the manufacture as of Workshop NhatAnh under the provincial law of Binh Duong from NhatAnh Trading Pt.Enterprise.
12 Feb. 02	Upon strong request from Fukuoka Foreign Trade Association, Mr Murakami as of the director of G-COM Co, Ltd and Mr.Yasuda of NhatAnh co-commentated in a conversation style Vietnam business all about from the eyes of an Japanese entrepreneur to members of the organization for 2 hours at its conference room at Elgara Building in Fukuoka City.
13 Feb. 02	Upon strong request from Association of small & medium sized enterprises in Aichi and Entropy Toyoake, Mr Murakami as of the director of G-COM Co, Ltd and Mr.Yasuda of NhatAnh co-commentated in a conversation style Vietnam business all-about from the eyes of an Japanese entrepreneur to members of the organization for 1.5 hours at its conference room at The Chamber & Commerce of Toyoake City hall.
15 Mar. 02	A construction of the new factory was finished and moved into for operation. From that day on, a dormitory and multi-purposed banquet room for staff & workers are being built and due to be ended by the end of April2002
20 Jun. 02	A Japanese made confectionary producing machine was installed at the factory in Tan Uyen to manufacture a various kind of Japanese related sweet products.
12 Oct 03	For convinience of our customers, Our Ha Noi　branch moved to a commercial district of the Capital from Ha Dong District.
06 Jun 05	In order to expand a capacity of production, the company increase its running capital of 1,800,000,000dong (Approxicimatelly US120,000$) from the previous capital of 300,000,000dong.
